Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00 to Australia & New Zealand! Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $10.00
Orders are dispatched on the same or following business day. Orders are sent using New Zealand Couriers. We endeavor to deliver your order overnight for residential deliveries,
however please allow 1-3 days national delivery, 3-10 days international delivery allowing for circumstances beyond our control. This shipping method is fully tracked and traced.
This service is door to door and your delivery will be left in a secure place if no one is home however, your place of work can be a preferred option if you know you won't be home.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
If you are a rural delivery customer shipping is still free however please allow 3+ days delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Orlando is satisfied with the integrity of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your
order has been dispatched. Should there be a dispatch delay for any reason you will be advised immediately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The fixed rate for all international orders is $40NZD. Shipping times my vary.
REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. All items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit if returned within this time frame.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition with tags attached.
SALE items are still eligible for return however these can be exchanged or credited only.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of your refund or credit.
